Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 business days without prior authorization. Items being returned after 30 days require a Return Authorization number and are subject to approval. All items must be returned in their original condition. Returns are subject to a 15% restock fee of the list price.
Bounced Checks/ Declined Credit Cards
NSF checks and declined credit cards are subject to a $20.00 or 20% fee, whichever is greater. Declined credit cards will be run a second time before incurring this charge. If the credit card processes the second time, a $5.00 charge will be added to the bill. NSF checks will not be resubmitted for payment.
Interest
Interest will begin accruing after 30 days from the invoice date. Interest will accrue at 18% annually, or 1.5% per month.
